Graeme Devlin

Managing Partner
Devlin Mambo LLP

Graeme is co-founder and managing partner of Devlin Mambo LLP, and has been a strong voice in the investment management industry for over 17 years. He has a comprehensive background in regulation, strategy, and governance over the fund lifecycle and distribution activity within a variety of geographies.

Since co-founding Devlin Mambo in 2019, the business has grown significantly and offers strategic and management consulting, ongoing assistance, and innovative technology solutions to over 25 firms.

Brian Godins

Chief Commercial Officer
Calastone

Brian joined Calastone in 2022 as Chief Commercial Officer. He is responsible for the company’s commercial strategy, client relationship management and sales operations focussing on the growth of the core transaction services business and go-to-market for the company’s digital strategy.

Brian has over 30 years’ experience across the financial services industry, including roles in Global Markets Operations, Securities Services, Change Management, Technology and Client Relationship Management. Before joining Calastone he held several senior management and executive positions at Morgan Stanley and HSBC. Immediately prior to joining Calastone he led the HSBC Securities Services business in Asia and the Middle East.

Dan Ridler

Managing Director
BCS Consulting (Part of Accenture)

Dan is a Managing Director at BCS Consulting, who have recently become a part of Accenture, with over 19 years of financial services consulting experience. He leads the Asset & Wealth Management and Insurance (AWM&I) sector teams at BCS Consulting who provide risk and regulatory guidance on topics such as ESG, SM&CR, governance, operational resilience, and risk management frameworks.

Prior to leading AWM&I, he ran a range of risk and regulatory change programmes across the banking sector, including ring-fencing, conduct risk and liquidity risk. He has now joined Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Team to help further expand their AWM services.

The International COO Community (iCOOC)

Bringing together the worldwide business management community to share ideas, expertise and thought. To collaborate and develop solutions and common approaches to produce efficiencies and better outcomes, helping to shape the industry of the future.

Women in the COO Community (WCOOC)

Our diversity, equity and inclusion programme strives to support the underrepresented by leveraging the influence and good will of the female global COO community.

Armstrong Wolfe’s Women in the COO Community (WCOOC) initiative has been running since 2017. Well-established globally, in New York, Toronto, London, Hong Kong and Singapore, we have members from over thirty different organisations.

Ad Centrum: Armstrong Wolfe’s worldwide COO DE&I initiative

The foundations for Ad Centrum were laid in 2016 when Women in the COO Community (WCOOC) was established.

Building on WCOOC’s success and impact, Ad Centrum will extend the reach and influence of the International COO Community (iCOOC) to give worldwide support and thought leadership within DE&I, complementing established programmes already working to address embedded inequalities.

Armstrong Wolfe Forums & Events 2024

In 2024 we will provide over 100 events for our membership.

These events will be on-line symposiums, forums, and cluster calls, with over 60% of our activities in-person.

We strongly believe that whilst the opportunity to meet on-line is now a very important part of any business activity and has enabled us to bring our worldwide community together in real-time for meaningful debate, that in-person events are the bedrock of our community’s ability to truly engage.
