As CEO of Resource Solutions, Norma executes
the recruitment outsourcing specialist’s strategy
and vision, while working with a global leadership
team to deliver world-class client services and
responsible growth.
Norma joined the Robert Walters Group, Resource Solutions’
parent organisation, in 2007. She rose rapidly through the
business, holding global and regional roles across sales,
operational and delivery teams for new and existing clients.
In total, Norma has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, the
majority focused on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and
Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. In 2020, Norma was
named on the Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) ‘2020 Global Power
150 – women in staffing list’, among a cohort of women leading the
way and pushing boundaries in the recruitment industry.
At Resource Solutions, Norma recently launched a business-wide
Global Diversity Council, supporting internal and external initiatives,
webinars, online events and ‘Cultural Conversations’ on issues as
diverse as the Black Lives Matter movement and national Pride
events.
Norma is also a mentor to several individuals within the business,
as part of an ongoing focus on female mentoring. She is incredibly
proud and supportive of this initiative, which supports women

Ron Taylor
Ron Taylor
EVP, US D&I, Natixis Investment Managers
Ron Taylor currently serves as Natixis Investment Managers Executive Vice President and Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the US, based in Boston. In this role, Taylor leads Natixis IM’s US DEI initiatives and also serves as a resource for Natixis IM’s affiliates in the region to support their DEI efforts. He reports to David Giunta, CEO of Natixis Investment Managers in the US, and was appointed to the US Executive Committee.
Taylor has 20 years of experience leading DEI programs, primarily in the financial services industry. He joined Natixis IM from Mizuho Americas, where he served as Managing Director, Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to that, Taylor held a similar position at Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He served as a diversity consultant to EisnerAmper, the Food Bank for New York City, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and held diversity leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, Eisner, and KPMG.
Taylor currently serves as Chair of Genesys Works NYC, an organization focused on matching high school seniors to internship opportunities in financial services, and is a member of the Board of Advisors for Bronx Community College’s Business and Technology School. He is a Lifetime Member of the National Association of Black Accountants and a past recipient of the Michigan Association of CPAs Diversity Award. Taylor also served on Harlem’s Board of Directors for Major League Baseball’s Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities program and St. Anthony High School’s Board of Trustees.

Rowena is the Head of Digital Channels and Data Analytics for the West region at Standard Chartered Bank. She has a broad career covering over 25 years in banking and FSIs working in Singapore, Hong Kong, Manila, Warsaw and London in transformational change roles and start-ups.
As the founding CEO of Stanchart’s newest subsidiary in Poland, she established Eastern Europe’s premier cyber security centre of excellence as well as the entire physical and operational infrastructure and a highly tuned branding program.
Now Rowena is leading the digital transformation program for Europe-Americas, which aims to transform the bank from a traditional product and service provider to a platform business that is highly integrated to 3rd party channels and fully scalable. She has previously held COO roles in Front Office as well as Divisional COO roles and was the Global CFO for Financial Markets. She is a Non-executive panel member of the accounting governance body FRC.
Rowena is an accomplished FSI Communications professional, having worked in the B2B marketing sector across Asia and accredited with certification from the London School of Journalism as well as holding an ACA, chartered accountancy, from the ICAEWMD Head of Digital and Data , Standard Chartered
